Brickwork & Roofing
Skilled brickwork and roofing — repairs to full replacements.
From repointing and chimney repairs to full tiled and flat roof replacements, we keep the structure of your home in proper order across Kent and South East London.
The unglamorous work that protects everything else.
Brickwork and roofing rarely get the attention they deserve — until something goes wrong and water finds its way in. Repointing tired mortar, replacing slipped slates, fixing a leaking flat roof, or rebuilding a chimney that's seen better days are the kinds of jobs that quietly extend the life of a house by decades.
We do this work on Victorian and Edwardian terraces, 1930s semis, post-war bungalows, and modern builds across Kent and South East London. Our brickies and roofers are the same team that handles our extensions and new builds — so the standard is the same whether it's a full new wall or a single replacement tile.
Whatever the job, we'll come out for a free site visit, give you an honest read on whether it's a small repair or whether more work is hiding underneath, and quote it as a fixed price with no surprises.

FAQ
Common questions
- I've got a leak — can you come out fast?
- Yes, for genuine leaks we'll usually get someone to you within 48 hours to make it safe. The full repair is then booked in around our other work.
- Do you offer a guarantee on roofing work?
- Yes — 10-year workmanship guarantee on everything we install, plus the manufacturer warranties on materials (often 15–25 years for membranes and EPDM).
- Can you match old brickwork?
- Almost always, yes. We source matching reclaimed bricks where needed, and we use lime mortar on Victorian and Edwardian properties so the new work blends properly with the old.
- Do you do scaffolding?
- We arrange and price scaffolding for any roofing or high-level brickwork as part of the quote. You don't need to organise anything separately.
- Are you insured?
- Yes — full public liability and employer's liability cover. Certificates available on request.
