Kitchens & Bathrooms

Kitchens and bathrooms, fitted properly the first time.

Full project management of new kitchens and bathrooms across Kent and South East London — strip-out, structural changes, electrics, plumbing, tiling, joinery and decoration.

One team for the whole job.

Most kitchen and bathroom projects involve at least six trades: strip-out, electrician, plumber, plasterer, tiler, fitter, decorator. Hire them all separately and you're the project manager whether you want to be or not. We do the whole thing under one quote, one schedule, and one guarantee.

We've fitted everything from compact ensuites in a 1930s semi to full open-plan kitchen extensions in five-bed family homes. We're suppliers of choice for several local kitchen showrooms in Kent — but if you've already chosen a kitchen elsewhere (Howdens, Wren, Magnet, IKEA, a bespoke maker) we'll fit it just as carefully.

We always do a careful protect-and-strip-out, mask off adjacent rooms, and run dust extraction so the rest of the house stays liveable while we work. Most of our kitchen and bathroom clients stay in residence throughout.

In their words

Irinel and his team were amazing. Done a really good job with my extension. They were very polite and professional. No matter what you asked he was more than happy to accommodate and give advice on what works best. Definitely recommend and will be using again should I have future jobs.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I supply the kitchen or do you?
Whichever you prefer. We work regularly with local kitchen showrooms and can manage the supply, or we'll happily fit a kitchen you've already bought from Howdens, Wren, Magnet, IKEA or a bespoke maker.
How long will my kitchen be out of action?
A straight kitchen replacement is typically 2–3 weeks. Adding structural changes (knock-throughs, new flooring, electrical rewires) extends that to 4–6 weeks. We'll give you a written week-by-week schedule.
Can I stay in the house?
Yes — almost everyone does. We mask off the work area, run dust extraction, and aim to keep the rest of the house clean and usable. We'll set up a temporary kitchen point (kettle, microwave, sink access) where we can.
Do you handle the design as well?
We don't do kitchen design ourselves but we work with several local showrooms that do, and we'll happily project manage between you, the designer and the supplier.
What about the appliances?
We install whatever you've chosen — gas hobs (Gas Safe registered), ovens, integrated fridges, dishwashers, extractors. All electrical work is Part P certified.
